The inflatable balance plate is used for flexible proprioceptive rehabilitation work. It stresses the muscles and joints in situations of imbalance and balance without impact. Its inflatable rubberised material structure provides you with a gentle workout. One side smooth and one side with pimples. You can vary the flexibility of the plate by inflating it more or less. Supplied with inflation pump.
