  • This Maxi preparation board makes preparing food easier. It increases independence for elderly people, those with reduced grip strength or disabilities.
    It includes :
    - A clamp with an easy-to-use handle to secure dishes or food
    - A peeler/slicer with 3 different cutting inserts
    - A food brush for cleaning with one hand
    - Spikes to hold food in place for cutting or peeling
    - 2 raised edges to hold slices of bread in place
    - Four suction cups on the underside keep it firmly in place on the work surface.
